Nothing real has been confirmed yet, but YouTube has recently posted a job opening for a new Game Console Software Engineer at its office in San Bruno, California.
While no one has made any official announcements about this, the job listing clearly states one of the responsibilities will be to “build the next generation game-console-based TV experience with You Tube video content.”
YouTube can already be viewed on PS3 and Wii through their web browsers but something more specialized could be in store, much like the ability to watch Netflix on XBLA and PSN. Be sure to keep your eyes and ears peeled for this one folks!
